Spamghetto is a non-woven fleece wallpaper made of textile and cellulose tissue. It doesn't expand when it comes into contact with the moisture in paste, and generally it can be pasted without soaking or waiting time because it is the wall that is pasted, not the back of the wallpaper. Spamghetto wallpaper is steam permeable according to DIN 52615 and flame resistant according to DIN 4102 B1 (European norm B).Spamghetto is custom-made, so we want you to be extra-sure you are going to like what you order. Please order a sample, and we will send you a set of swatches of our current patterns (full-size), plus one swatch made with exactly the same material as Spamghetto.
Your Spamghetto will be manufactured specifically according to the criteria you give us (style, size, etc.); therefore, the product images displayed on the Spamghetto.com website are to be considered only as examples and non-binding suggestions of the possible configurations for the Spamghetto product.
Spamghetto will be delivered in sealed rolls. There could be more than one of the strips you ordered printed on each roll, but each strip will be numbered so you know in which order to hang them.
We do not provide any installation service or any of the material you will need to install Spamghetto except for the wallpaper itself. For best results, follow the instructions in the "From roll to wall" section of the Spamghetto.com website.

The products on the Spamghetto.com website are non-binding invitations for the Customer (i.e. you) to place an order with ToDo. You can choose the products you want to order from the Products section of the Spamghetto.com website.
Simply define le specific features of the product you wish to order in the Planner, and then add the items you want to order to your Basket. You can review, change or delete any of the items in your Basket, as well as add more items, anytime during the process.
By placing the order on the Spamghetto.com website you make a binding offer for the conclusion of a purchase contract. By proceeding to pay through Paypal, you agree to the purchase contract with ToDo for the products included in your order. (For more information on payment methods, see the Payment section).
Once you've placed your order you will receive an Order Acknowledgement e-mail recapping all the information regarding your order and listing the products you ordered with their price, including shipping costs and taxes (VAT) if applicable. The Order Acknowledgement e-mail includes a link to the web page where you will be able to review your order's details, check its status, and print the invoice. If you place your order but do not complete the payment process, the order will be saved as ‘pending'; you will be able to access your pending order's web page using the link included in the Order Acknowledgement e-mail, and can proceed to payment from there.
A pending order will be saved for 30 days; after that, if you haven't completed the payment process, it will be cancelled.
We will execute your order, manufacturing and arranging for delivery, as soon as we receive confirmation of payment.

At the moment the Products page of the Spamghetto.com website displays 3 product families:
The planner on the Spamghetto.com website allows you to select different options in a user-friendly interface so you can define and preview the wallpaper you want to buy.
You can choose a Spamghetto style, input your wall's measurements and see a preview of what it will look like.
Please remember that Spamghetto's graphics and image in the planner are simply an example of the overall look-and-feel of the chosen Spamghetto style.
You can change the height and width of your wall and try different styles: change your mind as many times as you like, until you find a combination you are happy with. Once you've found the right Spamghetto for your wall, add it to the Basket (click on the "Add to Basket" button in the bottom left corner of the page; above it you can already see how many square meters of wallpaper you need to cover your wall and how much it will cost). You can remove any item from your Basket by clicking on the gray "X" next to it (in the item list in the top right corner of the page).
If you want to buy Spamghetto for another wall, just repeat the same process and add the second item to your Basket.
Single rolls are single, self-contained strips of Spamghetto wallpaper. Our selection will soon be available for purchase.
For all the special projects our planner can't tackle: custom sizing, custom design, custom words, warping and bulk orders.

When you're done adding items to your Basket, click on the "Review & Checkout" link to proceed with your order. In the top area of the "Review & Checkout" page you can still review your Basket and remove unwanted items, or go back to Products to add more. If you have a discount coupon code, now is the time to use it; your Basket total will be immediately recalculated.
To complete your order, fill in the required billing and shipping information. Please make sure you enter a valid e-mail address, as we will use it to send you your invoice and keep you posted on your order's status.
If, according to your billing information, you are a resident of the European Union (EU), you will see a 21% Italian VAT mentioned and included in the total. VAT is not applied to orders from non-EU countries; however, please note that countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes which will be levied once your package reaches the country, and which will be borne by the receiver. As soon as you fill in your billing information, we'll let you know if your purchase is subject to VAT and how much will be added to your order's total for taxes.
Then, fill in your shipping information. After entering a valid zip code you can evaluate shipping costs for your purchase.
Once the required billing and shipping fields are all filled in, click on "Proceed to Checkout" to see a final summary of your order, including VAT (if applicable) and shipping & handling costs.
Please check once again your billing and shipping information. If anything is wrong you can still change it.

We manufacture unique items for each of our customers according to their specifications, hence we must ask for payment in advance. Transactions are handled through PayPal, but please note that you don't need a Paypal account to buy Spamghetto: any credit or debit card will do. Whether you decide to debit your order to your Paypal account or to your credit card, there will be no extra charge for you. The security of payment via credit card is guaranteed by Paypal.
The whole payment process will take place on Paypal's secure servers, and neither your credit card details nor your Paypal account details will be visible to us at ToDo or communicated to us in any way. For Bespoke orders or if you ask us specifically, we can accept payment via wire transfer. In this case we will execute your order – manufacturing and arranging for delivery – as soon as we receive confirmation that the total due has been credited on ToDo's account. Please note that this payment method will usually require more time for the money transfer to be effective.

Spamghetto is exclusively manufactured on-demand, so waiting time will include production as well as shipping and delivery.
Usually you will receive the products you ordered within a standard number of days, which vary according to where we need to deliver:
This information is not binding unless we have specified, upon request and only for bespoke orders, a term for delivery.
We will arrange for delivery to the address specified by you. As soon as the order is ready for delivery, we will hand the products over to our courier. Please note that we do not deliver to post-office boxes. If you are having us deliver outside the EU, you will bear all liabilities regarding any importation charges and customs clearing charges that may arise.

Making our customers happy is very important to us.
Before we ship your order, every roll is quality checked both by machine and by an actual human being. Before signing to accept delivery, please have a good look at the packaging and make sure it is intact. If there is any visible damage, please notify the courier service before signing, so they can confirm the problem, and then let us know. If you have any doubts about package conditions, refuse delivery. All Spamghetto deliveries are insured against damages during transportation, but we need you to point out the problem immediately in order to file a formal complaint. If the products you receive were damaged during transportation or have any visible defect, please send us an e-mail at contact@spamghetto.com.

Spamghetto is a non-standard product, manufactured especially for you in accordance with the criteria you specified during the order process. Therefore the right of withdrawal is not applicable to its purchase, as stated by article 6, paragraph 3 of Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and Council ("Protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts", May 20 1997) and, for Italian law, by article 6, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree no.185, May 22 1999.
Please also note that we cannot cover damages due to improper storage, handling or installation of the product after delivery. Please read the instructions and advice in our From roll to wall section.

As the holder of your personal data, we will process and use the information you give us through the form provided during the order process on the Spamghetto.com website only in the framework of your order, and only with the purpose of executing your order. We will not give any of your personal data to any third party, except for our partners in relation to the execution of your order.
The data you provide to us during the order process will also be saved in a "cookie" in your computer (if you have enabled this function in your browser). The cookie will be stored on your computer for 12 hours, so you won't need to give us your data again if you come back to the website within that period of time.
We will process and use your personal data only after you have given your express consent to that, and only for the purposes you have given us consent for. So if you gave us your e-mail to receive newsletters or updates about Spamghetto, we will use it only to send you newsletters or updates about Spamghetto products.
We never save credit card or Paypal account details – as we never even see them. Paypal handles all of the payment procedure for us, and there is no way we can access that kind of data. You may remove your data from our database at any time, by contacting us at any of the addresses listed in the Who we are, above. We can also let you know which data we have saved about you: just contact us to know.
